Introduction
First Aid and Safety is paramount importance in the workplace. Not only you are required to know the different first aid management, active prevention of accidents from happening in the workplace is also vital. This course provides the necessary knowledge, skills, know-how and attitude to help one to take charge and make a difference in an emergency.
Objectives
By the end of the course, participants are equipped with knowledge and application skills in demonstrating first aid/ CPR skills and be able to apply them to the workplace. He will understand the roles he played as a first aider which include accident prevention , upkeep of the first aid box and apply first aid to accident victims in the workplace, manage victims of hazardous chemicals exposure and identify common workplace accidents requiring first aid treatment.

For Whom
Appointed First Aider under WSHA.
Any individuals with interest in first aid or have been assigned a WSH-related role in the company.
Pre-requisites
- All participant able to speak, read and understand English effectively (equivalent to the ESS Workplace Literacy and Numeracy Level 5 and above standard) effectively as our courses are conducted in English.
- Must be physically fit and able to perform CPR Skills while kneeling on the floor and to render help to another individual during an emergency.
Certification Awarded
Occupational First Aid with CPR & AED Cert – Accredited by Ministry of Manpower and Singapore
Resuscitation & First Aid Council (SFRAC). Upon successful completion of the course, participants
will receive an e-certificate and e-card via email valid for 2 years
