What are your operating hours?
We provide ambulance and medical transport services 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Bookings are subject to availability. You can request an ambulance service by calling our hotline or submitting an online booking form on our website.
How do I make any online booking? How much notice do I need to give?
Click on the Online Booking. Online bookings are only for Non-Emergency and Non-Urgent transfers and should be made no less than 6 hrs in advance. We will not be able to take any Online Bookings with less than 6hrs notice. If you need urgent assistance, please call the hotline 61001777 for immediate assistance.
Do you have the wheelchair lifter for your vehicles?
Yes, we have wheelchair lifters in most of our vehicles. Please indicate in the remarks in the online booking or make it known to our friendly Call operators so that they can assist you.
Is your ambulance equipped with medical equipment?
Yes, all Comfort ambulances are fully equipped with medical equipment, including defibrillators, oxygen tanks, and other life-saving equipment to provide immediate medical intervention care during transport.
What kind of payment modes you accept?
Paynow, Bank Transfer and Cash payment only
How many caregivers can follow the ambulance?
2 pax excluding the patient.
